1. Informational Purpose Only

LoneStarTaxSave provides property tax appraisal analysis reports for informational purposes only. Nothing on this website or in our reports constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice. We are not attorneys or licensed tax consultants. This service covers 23 counties across Texas.

2. No Guarantee of Results

Our reports are estimates based on publicly available data from the 23 Texas county appraisal districts we serve. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy of the data or the outcome of any property tax protest.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for reviewing the report, filing your own protest, and any decisions made based on our service. LoneStarTaxSave is not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of this service.

4. Data Sources

5. Payment and Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that the report will be delivered digitally to the email address provided. If you do not receive your report within 30 minutes of payment, please contact us at support@lonestartaxsave.com and we will resend it promptly. If you believe your report contains a factual error, contact us within 7 days of purchase with your concern. We will review the data and provide a correction or explanation. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion only in cases of clear technical error.

6. Service Coverage

This service currently covers residential properties in the 23 Texas counties listed above. Coverage may expand over time.

7. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Use of this service does not create an attorney-client relationship. For legal representation in your property tax protest, please consult a licensed property tax attorney.

8. Changes to Terms
